Sunday Breakdown 1.25.09

This is the way I like to do it, the Sunday Breakdown happening on Sunday night!

We had a great morning! Greg had a GREAT message and the video intro was POWERFUL! If you weren’t there, you missed out!

We had some power issues again this morning, but overall everything went off without a hitch!

Our instrumentation is working out really well right now: Me – Acoustic and lead vocals, Christy – BGV, Trent – Drums, Ben – Bass, BJ – Lead Guitar, Matt – Lead/Rhythm Guitar.

Here’s the setlist…

Salvation Is Here (Hillsong) – Such a fun song to start with. This is one of the most well received songs of our church, whenever we do this song people dive into it!

God Is With Us (Michael Olson) – Another favorite of our church. I love the way we’ve added some accents into the verse and choruses.

We Are Alive (Elevation Worship) – This is my favorite song of off their album. It was a great middle song prepping for Greg’s message.

God Of This City (Chris Tomlin) – Everytime we sing this song, my heart breaks for Rome! Such a powerful prayer to sing over our town.

“Are You Ready” video-

-Greg’s Message-

Take My Life (Chris Tomlin/Passion) – I love the old hymns that are spiced up!

Sing, Sing, Sing (Chris Tomlin) – We’ve only done this song a couple of times, but it has really caught on. Such a great chorus to leave with!

That was our setlist…What was yours?
